Every time Daniel “Yetz” Dunietz visited family on the East Coast, he would stuff his suitcase with fresh bagels and bring them back to Santa Barbara to keep his cravings under control for a week or two. Finally, he said “Enough is enough”, and went to work perfecting a recipe that drew upon centuries of tradition and history. Yetz’s Bagels is the result.
